  • At DealBig, we operate as a B2B platform that connects buyers with trusted suppliers. DealBig does not own, manufacture, or directly sell products. Our role is to act as a facilitator and mediator, ensuring fair and transparent transactions between both parties.

1. Platform Role

DealBig serves as an intermediary between buyers and sellers:

  • We do not hold inventory or directly process returns
  • All return, refund, or replacement decisions are primarily handled by the supplier
  • DealBig assists in dispute resolution based on submitted evidence

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are considered only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Incorrect product or quantity received
  • Product does not match agreed specifications

All return requests are subject to quality inspection and supplier approval.

3. Quality Inspection Requirement

  • Buyers must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue
  • Suppliers may conduct their own inspection or request product return for verification
  • Final decisions are made based on mutual agreement and inspection results

4. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within [3–5 days] of delivery
  • Late requests may not be considered unless justified

5. Refund & Replacement

  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after supplier confirmation
  • DealBig may assist in ensuring a fair outcome but does not guarantee refunds
  • Timelines depend on supplier policies and inspection process

6. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns may not be accepted in cases such as:

  • Bulk order variations within acceptable industry standards
  • Minor differences in color, packaging, or design
  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling
  • Customized or made-to-order products

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping responsibility is decided mutually between buyer and supplier
  • In verified defect cases, suppliers may bear the cost

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

  • DealBig will review all submitted evidence
  • Our team will act as a neutral mediator to reach a fair resolution
  • The final outcome will be based on facts, inspection reports, and platform guidelines

9. Limitation of Liability

DealBig is not liable for:

  • Product quality issues beyond supplier commitments
  • Losses arising from disputes between buyer and supplier
  • Delays caused during inspection or resolution process
